This is my go to garment bag and it’s so perfect for what I do that I removed the garment bag options from my suitcase and use this all the time. In no ways does it keep everything completely wrinkle free, but I’ve yet to meet a garment bag that does!
Read MoreMy sister introduced this essential oil to my body and since then practitioners from all modalities have used it and recommended it to me. Essential oils are only as good as their quality and doTERRA products use strict certified pure therapeutic grade (CPTG) which is an industry standard that others try to live up to.
Read MoreI’ve tried almost all of the current energy bars out there and this one keeps me coming back for more. Simple ingredients (organic, gluten-free, non-GMO) are navigable for more food preferences and for me it is one of the few that avoids cashews and cinnamon – both of which have recently been removed from my eating.
Read MoreFamous first for The Coffee Challenge, where Noah Kagan challenges people to get out of their comfort zone and negotiate the price on a cup of coffee (there is a link in the article for a video of this particular challenge). This is a short and sweet article about how we can experiment in our daily lives to get more comfortable with the uncomfortable. How to increase our ability to accept and breathe through challenge by sitting in the wrong seat on an airplane….

I only use the backpack straps and it sits nicely on my back hiding it from the prying eyes of people around me or flight attendants.
