Never have I ever read a book which is so articulate, cultivated and planned on business structure for the entrepreneur as this.   It is a haul to get through it if you are dedicated to truly completing and going deep on the exercises and outlines within and you will never be the same, nor will your business if you do.  Definitely hardcore and gets to the heart of things that all other books dance around in various ways – all with their own value.  If your personality is to get straight to the point and you are willing to dive in with waders on and sleeves pulled up – this book is invaluable.  Clients who persevere have an insanely more focused grip on the key components of their business and every entrepreneur who has tracked and modified based on the discoveries with has generated an impact that is measurable in all areas of their business and life.  I always suggest to people to read/listen (available on Audible!) to the book completely through so you have a clear idea of how it all comes together and then to dive into the exercises following the path that Wickman outlines for us.  Hard fought and completely worth it.  John Zion at MKI Artists introduced me to this book and I’ll be forever grateful for the recommendation – thanks John!
