William has developed a set of highly effective strategies, principles, and tools for how to thrive as a classical musician, ensemble, and organization. Through individual and group session work, he focuses on addressing the mindset of his clients to create structure and strategies for how to achieve the impact they are seeking in their careers, professions, and personal lives.

Sessions are in person or online and are customized to each individual, group, and organization to meet specific challenges and accomplish specific dreams and goals. Everyone brings their unique skill sets, experiences, group dynamics and perspectives, and William utilizes and combines these with his own knowledge, background, and network to cultivate a clear path to success.
