This is an absolute must for any human who interacts with another! A quicker read and one that I love refreshing for myself through audible. Roger is incredibly skilled at taking readers into the world of principled negotiation. I find this a must for group culture and foundational development. Everyone I’ve recommended it to has walked away more in tune with their strengths and weaknesses along with where and how they can focus to change the nature of discussions and negotiations both in their personal lives and work culture.
Roger’s main reason for writing the book is to give awareness to the individual on how to negotiate without getting taken and in return you walk away with a whole toolkit of how to also walk away with respect and that you’ve been able to help the group momentum shift and move forward. READ IT!
