Lauren Chipman brings a compelling background in design and performing arts innovation to her position as Chief Executive Officer at Chipman Design. Recognizing the significance of design in today’s hospitably, retail and restaurant markets, she delivers a distinct perspective. Her entrepreneurial vision influences the fresh, unconventional direction of the architecture and design firm, and she champions creative applications of evolving technology into the conceptual design process.
A graduate of the University of Southern California, Lauren earned a Bachelor of Music in Viola Performance and went on to purées graduate studies in music, design, and business. She spent years immersed in the Los Angeles art scene and became a champion of community-based arts and design engagement. Lauren has recorded for television (American Idol, The Voice, The Tonight Show), film (Star Wars 7,8,9 and Toy Story 4) and top Billboard artists (we’ll keep those mum for now!) and even created a line of Swarovski-studded string-instrument accessories that is still distributed internationally.
