Isaac Thompson has led a multifaceted career as performer, writer, educator, and arts administrator. Prior to joining the New York Philharmonic, he served as director of Artistic Administration for the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra (CSO) and Cincinnati May Festival, Vice President of Artistic Planning for the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra, as well as grooming his chops as a member of the artistic team at Music@Menlo, Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center, Miró Quartet among others.  A violinist and graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Isaac has so many adventures to share, minds to blow, and an incredibly unique perspective on what the inner music industry really looks like.
