Prepare to have your mind blown! This is a book that I love to share, for me some of Brené’s best work and pivotal in how we can all engage leadership in ourselves, our lives, and also inspire the leaders around us. I challenge everyone who I recommend this book to read it from two mindsets, first with the mindset of leading others and being part of a team.  This, at least for me, is how the book is written and is invaluable in bringing together so many facets of what a team is and what true leadership looks and feels like.

For those who are ready, I challenge them to engage this book in terms of being a leader of yourself - we have voices inside that are consistently part of our ’self’ team and learning how to engage them, to speak with them, and how to allow them to speak to you is as important for leadership in our own lives.  It’s a mind blowing book, check it out and it’s available on Kindle and audible (read by Brené) for those morning inspiration walks!
