My own career has had many different paths and yet, the public image is highly crafted and focused after years of building my life. I have met many incredible musicians who have crafted a career that engages music – whether that is their main source of income or not – and each is unique and tailored just for them. My goal with these conversations is open up the mindset of musicians to craft a vision that is unique to them, to empower and inspire them to craft a life and career that honors who they are, what they have to share, and what they want their life to be. I am so grateful for all who join me in these conversations.
What follows are conversations about creating a life with music with individuals that showcase the diversity of the lives and careers of musicians who achieved a high level of music training. How they have built lives that feed them artistically and financially and how unique these career paths are. I explore their stories, mindsets, skills, and how musicians are changing our world with the skills they developed from these passions.
